Abstract
Alcohol, marijuana, and tobacco are the most commonly used substances among adolescents, with 34.1% of U.S. adolescents reporting using these substances. It is now well known that substance use during adolescence is associated with serious health risks and can lead to continued use in the future. In this month's issue, Miller et al. present data on sleep and future substance use.
